You can check to see if items are suitable for collection by following this link
Booking a collection and how it works
- 1. Use our form below to select the items you'd like us to collect. If an item isn't on the list, we can't collect it from you.
- 2. Once you've chosen your items, you can choose a collection date up to 12 weeks in advance, subject to availability.
Preparing for Collection
- Place your items outside your property by 7 a.m. on the day of collection
- Items must be in a location that's easy to access with no steps, locked gates or other obstructions
- Our operatives cannot enter homes, garages, or outbuildings, and they cannot accept payment on site.
How much does it cost?
The cost of a single item is £25; all additional items are £25 each. For example
- A bedframe and headboard would be classed as 1 item
- A bed and mattress would be classed as 2 items
- A 3-piece suite would be classed as 3 items
- Fridges, freezers, washing machines and tumble driers are classed as 1 item each.
If you have any questions or are unsure on whether your bulky item qualifies, please contact us before booking.
