If you are physically or medically unable to put any of your recycling and refuse out for collection, we can provide an assisted collection service to our residents. If there is no other adult able to help with your waste and you have an age related or medical condition, you can apply for this service.
If you are eligible to receive an assisted collection, we may contact you again in future to ensure your circumstances have not changed. We reserve the right to remove this service if your request does not meet the above criteria, or if you no longer qualify for the service in the future.
